At 45 minutes it was the longest attraction in Disney World history.
On August 13, 2017 the ride's final day of operation the ride was evacuated due to an unknown problem.
The attraction's former iteration, Universe of Energy, contained a song titled Energy, You Make The World Go 'Round that played at the end of it's preshow. Ellen's Energy Adventure references this song during the Final Jeopardy scene when Johnny Gilbert announces, "Some contestants of Jeopardy recieve a year's supply of energy! Energy, you make the world go 'round!"
