Filmed during the brutally cold and snowy New York winter of 1994. Shooting started in late January of 1994 during record breaking cold temperatures and you can tell how cold it was in some scenes, also a lot of scenes show it snowing or snow on the ground. Filming wrapped in late February of 1994.
