When "Waikiki Wadd," which would have been the 10th movie in the Johnny Wadd series, was never completed, some footage from that movie was used in "Prisoner of Paradise", although the "Prisoner of Paradise" was set in time about 30 years before the Johnny Wadd movies, making it something of a prequel to the series.
