This film is a prequel to the first two, so his character from this film and the first film are the same character. As vampires are immortal he doesn't age at all. Trejo' character in the second movie was the brother of the character he played in the first film.

As usual workprints are rough and often unfinished cuts of movies that feature several scenes that can't be found in the official versions. With this movie there's no difference and several scenes can be found in this workprint that didn't make it in the finished movie.
