There is a greater emphases on comedy here than in Babewatch 1 and 2, by the design of the script provided by writer Cash Markman, who originated this "Bay Watch" knock-off series. Nonetheless, director Buck Adams, known for shooting from the hip and changing scripts around on the set, and wanting to lean "Babewatch" away from comedy, eliminated some of the humor and took the on-screen writing credit. "Creative differences" well in place, Markman would return, without credit, to write Babewatch 4, before leaving the series.
