Fourth "Bay Watch" parody by director/actor Buck Adams and writer/creator Cash Markman, although Markman was writing without credit by this point. Adams would carry on alone with "Babewatch 5." The creative differences at play: Markman came up with the idea and title for the series, and wrote the first four script, because he loathed the TV series it spoofed; Adams, however, liked TV's "Bay Watch" and wanted to keep the porn version more in line with that - a mix of hot babes in skimpy swim attire, hunky tanned beach dudes, surf boards, jet skis, action, romance, soap opera story-lines, and only a light sprinkling of humor. Adams vision would prevail and continue for numerous more sequels, even after he too left the series.
