Filmed in 1939 by Spectrum Pictures, which went out of business before the film could be released. Independent distributor Arthur Ziehm acquired it and released it in 1940.
The earliest documented telecast of this film occurred in New York City 5/3/46 on DuMont Television Network's WABD (Channel 5).
