Sunil Shetty's only hit film in 1996. The Jhajharia track was a hyped up one, it was extremely popular during 1996.
The song 'Jhanjharia' [pictured on Karisma Kapoor] had caught the fancy of practically everyone in the industry even before the film was complete. Stars like SRK, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Govinda, Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla had watched the song and were singing praises of the track.
The film is inspired by the Hollywood movie Bird On A Wire, starring Mel Gibson and Goldie Hawn
Time Magnetics heavily promoted the film's music. Posters of the film were all over Mumbai. Sunil Shetty would give people posters and audio cassettes to anyone he met.
This movie was release in 1996 and 10 years later in 2006 Suniel Shetty, Om Puri, Shakti Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor starred in Chup Chup Ke
