Goofs

In various close-ups of Alex Corvis, his hair is much shorter than it is at all other times in the film.

c. 00:22 - When Alex stands at his dead girlfriend's grave, the stone angel cries blood. The blood is at first all the way down the cheek, but in the next shot, the blood is just below the eye, and it has apparently dried out.

When Lauren Randall is raped and killed, the handcuffs that she is wearing disappear and reappear while she is being stabbed.

c. 00:11 - When they are wheeling Corvis down the hall after the execution, his boots are visible in the shot. However, when they get him to the cooler, they are covered up.

C. 00:20 When Alex is searching the evidence room and he finds the form with the list of Police Witnesses on it he is surprised by two cops and drops the paper on the ground and escapes. C. 00:25 Alex is seen holding the form that he very clearly dropped on the ground while he was leaving the evidence room.

c. 00:09 - Alex Corvis still has a full head of hair when he is being placed in the electric chair. Normally electrocution victims have their heads shaved to help insure a proper connection, and also so that if anything should go wrong their heads will not catch fire.

c. 00:09 - Corvis appears to be wearing a pilot's jumpsuit during the execution, which is definitely not prison issue. Also, when he revives in the morgue cooler, he is wearing some sort of work boots and not prison issue sandals or slippers.

c. 00:39 - Peter, the attorney, receives a note to move a piece on the chess board. The notation is Q-B5 (Queen to Bishop 5). However, the move he actually makes is Q-R4 (Queen to Rook 4). The part about the King being in check is correct.

c. 00:51 - The U.S. flag hanging in the captain's office is not hanging in accordance with U.S. Army regulations. When the flag is hanging downward, the union (blue field with white stars) is supposed to be facing toward the left, not the right.

The sink in Erin's bathroom is full despite a missing plug.

When Alex runs along the overhead beam there are over a dozen policemen firing at him. But all they manage to hit is a few of the light bulbs on the underside of the beam, not the beam itself or the roof above it.

c. 00:45 - When Alex is about to drop the cigarette lighter onto the ground to light the gas after the car accident, someone can be seen lighting it before the flames start up. They light in on the other side of the dripping from where Alex is dropping the cigarette lighter.

When Alex is threatening Dutton with the knife, a crew member crosses the light and his shadow is visible against the car behind Alex and Dutton.

c. 00:18 - When the crow flies off of a stack of papers, a crew member's hand can be glimpsed hitting underneath the papers to make the crow fly off of them.

It is never explained how Alex Corvis and Erin were able to bring the captain into the prison, past all of the guards and into the death chamber for his "execution".
