Henry and Cambell try to come up with the next big idea finally settling on creating a children's video, while Nell has to convince her new boss that she has what it takes to commit to the new company. Jane and Ben unexpectedly are back from their honeymoon early leading to much speculation that it wasn't just the weather. Henry also takes out a lonely Charlotte to celebrate her birthday who is older and leads to mixed feelings.
