Pataal Bhairavi (1985)

Trivia

Pataal Bhairavi

Edit
The song "Chumma Chumma ' was sampled in the song "In the Land That Never Sleeps" from the international album Bollywood Grooves by Da Beatsmith and Benny Blaze.
While shooting the film in Hyderabad it got very cold. Amjad Khan was working outdoors at night. Amjad got a touch of wind in his ear. One of his nerves got damaged and his face partially paralyzed. His left side of his face was completely paralyzed. If one carefully notices Amjad in Pataal Bhairavi, the left side of Amjad Khan's mouth is partially drooped down due to this.
Manek Irani voice was dubbed by a dubbing artiste.
The producers originally wanted Salma Agha for her song Chuma Chuma. But she was not comfortable with the exposure required in the song . So the song went to Dimple.
The producer felt that the audience stayed away because the title was gave the feeling of being a mythological film.
