The film was originally titled "Jin Khoja Tin Paiyyan".
First lead role of Alankar Joshi and Komal Mahuvakar they were still in their teens.
While shooting for the film Surinder Kaur was offered Nadiya Ke Paar (1982).But she recommended name of her younger sister Sadhna Singh.
