Introduced the term "Lemon" to anime fandom. It means a fan-produced erotic parody story concerning established anime characters.
The anime film Project A-Ko (1986) was originally to be the third installment in this series, but as production began, it was decided instead to change the film into a mainstream comedy. B-ko's bath scene in the finished film is the only scene from the original version to survive.
Several episodes were released in the USA on VHS and DVD by two companies called Blue Animation and Filmco. These episodes were presented in Japanese without subtitles under the titles "The Story of Ami", "The Story of Ami 2", "In The Midst Of Sadness", and "Be My Honey". Also, several episodes are presented on the "Offenders of the Universe - Brothers Grime Adult Cartoon Volume 2" DVD and "Pandora An Erotic Trilogy - Brothers Grime Adult Cartoon Volume 3" DVD from Excalibur Films.
