As C-ko falls out of her bed, a single-frame animator's gag flashes on the screen. It is a bust shot of both A-ko and B-ko, apparantly nude, embracing and making bedroom eyes at each other against a black background.
The toddler-aged versions of A-ko & C-ko that run past her transform into toddler versions of Lum and Ran-chan from Urusei Yatsura (1981).
B-Ko's father makes an appearance, despite having died at the conclusion of episode 2.
B-ko's line,"God may allow this wedding, but I will not!" is a parody of super heroine Kekko Kamen's line "God may forgive your evildoing's, but I will not!"
