This late Noveltoon from Famous Studios takes advantage of the audience having no expectations to produce an amusing one-shot cartoon. Their regular series, which they were disposing of, had become hidebound, despite occasional efforts over the previous couple of years, to break out of their ruts. Cartoons like this one allowed the stuff a chance to stretch their creativity. While there hadn't been much of greatness, this one is still a lot of fun.
