It was the time when the French series episodes were rather short (barely one hour ,as in "Aurore Et Victorien" or even fifteen minutes for the "evening series" ,now a thing of the past.) "Aurore Et Victorien" made Veronique Jeannot a beloved star for the French audience .She was less lucky on the silver screen and she finally returned to series such as "Pause Café".
3Aurore Et Victorien" is a nice souvenir from those bygone days.It tells the story of an aristocrat (Jeannot) in love with a man of common birth. At the time ,a character's plain speaking tells it all: "It's the Bastille for Victorien and the convent for Aurore".
A nice score and beautiful landscapes.
