Doctor Who: Destiny of the Doctors (1997)

Trivia

Doctor Who: Destiny of the Doctors

Edit
When this game was in the early planning stages, it was intended for Jon Pertwee to record new dialogue which would have been used at various points during it, as his fellow Doctors Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy would ultimately do. Pertwee's death in 1996 made this impossible but recordings of his voice taken from various Doctor Who (1963) serials were utilised for this purpose.
This was Anthony Ainley's final acting role before his death on May 3, 2004.
During the introduction, The Master refers to the "seven complete incarnations of the Doctor". At the time this game began production, Sylvester McCoy was the most recent Doctor. By the time the game was released, however, he had regenerated into the Eighth Doctor (Paul MCGann), hence the use of the logo from the 1996 Doctor Who TV movie. The Eighth Doctor was never referred to in the game. And the in-game TARDIS Database entry for the Seventh Doctor referred to his regeneration as if it was still to come. Therefore, in the Seventh Doctor's case, "complete incarnation" simply means that he was nearing the end of his life.
