A scene featuring Honey Wilder is used in Angel (1984) as the movie showing in the Cinema where the Killer is recognized.
Footage from the scenes depicting Sweet Alice's home and Honey Wilder/Kevin James' afternoon in the country was later reused for establishing shots in Debbie Does Dallas 3.
Not only is Sweet Alice the movie screening at the Cave Theatre for a scene in Angel, in Sweet Alice, there is a scene in which Kevin James attends a screening at the Cave Theatre (for a fictional film starring "Sweet Alice"). A two way, cameo within a cameo, of sorts.
Only the exposition segments involving Honey Wilder and/or Kevin James and three explicit scenes were filmed specifically for this movie. The rest of the movie is comprised of reused footage from other films directed by Joseph Robertson.
While billed as being in a lead role, the namesake "Sweet Alice", Seka had no involvement in the production and all of her scenes were culled from earlier films.
