Well first of all I'd like to say that I knew this was a low budget independent film, and was definitely prepared. Having seen and enjoyed John Waters' Mondo Trasho, and Multiple Maniacs I thought I would be just fine and dandy with this one. The actors....Well Kembra I was familiar with through her band The Voluptuous Horror Of Karen Black, so I already knew that most of her routines involve shock tactics, body paint, and just generally trying to be ugly. Annie Sprinkle I'd heard of through some Rolling Stone mag, and I knew she was into some pretty strange pornography films. Anyhow enough with my expectations, I'll try to fill you in on what you actually get. A naked woman pretending she's a fish with a bad background for an extremely long period of time (re: almost half the film) while there is the most annoying white noise soundtrack in the background. You will also get some irritating negative flash sequence with a midget and a shotgun victim. Strewn between those main sequences you will get some rap music, some chest carving (they managed to even make that boring), some people dressed in war garb, and a ton of nudity. In short, I've read up and been able to find out the intended plot of this "film" but there is no way without having read up on it, or pondered it with the beret wearing indie film crowd for days on end will it ever go together and make sense. This was an exercise in annoyance so proceed with caution (or if you believe me in the slightest avoid all together).
