The producers of Tortilla Heaven breached agreements with all union actors that worked on this film. Furthermore, the movie has been airing for years on multiple, mainstream streaming services - with advertisements, so someone is making money off of the movie/off of the actors' hard work, etc. Revenue the movie continues to generate is going somewhere - to someone. With multiple producers of the movie having law backgrounds, the entire operation/production seems to have been a premeditated, money-making exploitation crime.
