In the US release of this video, there is no new footage, it's just highlights from the first four Faces of Death movies edited together differently.
In the rarely seen, out-of-print mail order version from the 1990s, there is entirely different footage, bleached out almost completely. The German version, titled Gesichter Des Todes 6, consists of completely different stock footage.
