Kureyon Shin-chan (2006)

Trivia

Kureyon Shin-chan

Edit
In an interview, Yoshito Usui explained that the character of Shinnosuke is based on the child he would like to be.
78 episodes were produced of this Funimation adult parody English dub between 2006 and 2011. The episodes which the dub takes it video scenes from were originally aired in Japan starting in 1992, the original Japanese series still airs to this day with new episodes.
Funimation's English version (which was dubbed in Texas) spliced various episodes of the uncut Japanese version of Shin chan together and included pop culture references.
In the Funimation dub episodes were dubbed out of order while segments were reordered. Many characters have had their names changed. Many sexual references and dark humor were added. New continuity was added. Personalities for characters were changed.
The chapter where the Nohara family goes to Barcelona was made after a journey Yoshito Usui made to promote the manga version in Spain. An interviewer suggested him to create some chapters dedicated to Barcelona.
