I used to watch this show when I was a little girl. First off, I must say that it was a fun game show. Also, I'm not sure if I've seen every episode. However, if you ask me, it was still a good show. I vaguely remember the theme song. Even so, it was fun to play along and watch. I also vaguely remember the bonus round. In addition, I hope some network brings it back so I can play along and watch again. If that happens, I will be really happy. Before I wrap this up, I'd like to say that I'll always remember this show in my memory forever. Now, in conclusion, if some network ever brings it back, I hope that you catch it one day before it goes off the air for good.
I am commenting on "Make the Grade" because, at the tender age of 13 or 14, I did, indeed "Make the Grade." I was a contestant through a search at our local Jewish Community Center and went on to play terribly at the beginning of the round, speed through a Fire Drill, and answer just a few questions correctly (after stealing the leader's spot) to win. Oh, yes, I also won the grand prize (and, ever so cutely, thought that $1,100.00 was enough to put towards a car). The staff, both on-screen and behind the scenes, were exceeding nice. Looking back, the show is very low-tech and somewhat corny, but fun to watch anyway (my 9yo daughter still can't believe that's me on the video). Hopefully at some time Nick will add "Make the Grade" to its rerun lineup.
