Silvana Fallisi plays Aldo's lover Silvana. In real life she is Aldo's wife. This is her first movie collaboration with her husband, with whom se then starred in other 5 movies as of 2020, mostly in roles as his wife or girlfriend.
Augusto Zucchi plays the manager of the department store where Giovanni works. Zucchi starred also in the previous two movies of the trio, always with bossy roles: in Tre uomini e una gamba (1997) as a doctor and in Così è la vita (1998) as a police commissioner.
The exteriors of the final part set in Sicily was actually filmed in Terracina, near Latina.
Giovanni's real-life daughters both appear in this movie: the oldest as a girl working at a sandwich kiosk in a scene with Aldo and the youngest as a little girl on the plane holding the hand to terrified Giovanni.
Both Giacomo Poretti's ex wife Marina Massironi and current wife Daniela Cristofori act in this movie. In Tre uomini e una gamba (1997) Giacomo falls in love with Massironi's character, in Chiedimi se sono felice with Cristofori's character. Cristofori starred again in another trio's movie, Tu la conosci Claudia? (2004).
Max Pisu: as a beverage seller on the train. He did another cameo in Tu la conosci Claudia? (2004) also with Aldo, Giovanni and Giacomo.
Antonio Catania: as a policeman playing basket with Aldo, Giovanno and Giacomo. Catania already starred with the trio in Così è la vita (1998) and then again in La leggenda di Al, John e Jack (2002).
