There was a shelved film "Aar Paar" (1978) Starring Shashi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan,Zeenat Aman, Neetu Singh, Sulakshna Pandit.Prouduced by Mushir Riaz, Music by Rahul Dev Burman. Directed by Shakti Samanta.
Deepti Naval was signed for the film in 1983, but later was dropped.
Shakti Samanta stated "Another Mithun starrer produced under my banner and with me at the helm. It didn't do too well. I've even forgotten the story. Showing Mithun with out western dance and music was a big mistake".
