Pooja Batra was replaced with Suman Ranganathan in the film.

Naseeruddin Shah lambasted the film in the media. He once bumped into Arshad Warsi during the shooting and was amazed he was in the film. He openly asked Arshad what he was doing in this bad film.
The film had a theatrical release in Canada.
