When Mrs. Paley discovers the dead scientist in the other room, she sees him lying on the floor. But when Jerry enters the room he says that there is a gravity-shift (which would have made the dead scientist look like he was lying up against the wall). They disorient the viewer by shooting the 'dead scientist'-scene sideways, but gravity is still in the same direction as in the previous room.
When climbing from one cube to another Kate's white blouse disappears to reveal a white shirt underneath. In the next shot and the rest of the movie the blouse is back.
The cube Jerry draws on the wall changes between shots.
Julia takes off her shoes and carries them with her for the rest of the film, but sometimes she has them in her hand as she climbs from room to room and sometimes she does not.
When they find the dead scientist, Kate helps Sasha put her left foot on the ladder twice.
Jerry's watch has a different serial number than the watch they find in one of the rooms. This might not be a true continuity error, because in a parallel universe his wife might have got him another watch from the same brand and series.
Possible incorrectly regarded as a goof: Sasha's watch, as is mentioned in another Goof, may look like a regular watch. However, watches for the blind look like "non-blind" watches. If digital, includes a button for the watch to audibly state the time. For non-digital ones, the top glass cover is a door, which can be opened for the wearer to feel the watch face.
When Jerry climbs into the room where Dr. Rosenzweig is he says the gravity shifts, but after the picture has rotated 90 degrees clockwise he climbs down the left wall, which is the same direction he came from, only seem from another angle. If the gravity had shifted he would have had to climb in any of the other directions.
Due to the shininess of the black doors, the camera is often mirrored in them and is visible on several occasions
When first introduced to jerry he is coming up from the floor. he is moving around unencumbered considering there is nothing to stand on and his whole weight would have to be supported by his arms.
Towards the end of the movie, while Kate is talking to Sasha, one of the walls of the cube is transparent, and a crew member can be seen.
Reflected in the door when Mrs. Paley first appears.
