Tanuja looked very good and beatiful, then 30 years later she returned to Navketan, had a good interesting role, acted very nicely and looked very beatiful in Main Solah Baras Ki also in this film it was good to see veterens after long time like A.K. Hangal, Satyen Kapoo, Shashikala and Urmila Bhatt. In the whole film there is not a single slap.
Originally Dev Anand had planned was to go to U.S.A. to shoot for this film there during The Oympic Games. Then it didn't work out, he decided to shot in Scotland, England.
Main Solah Baras Ki is a different film made at that time there is no a single fight in it, only beatiful locations and lovable songs and music.
Music composer Rajesh Roshan and lyricst Amit Khana come together again with Dev Anand after 18 years tp create memorable music and songs after Des Pardes, Man Pasand & Loot Maar.
30 years after Jewel Thief, Tanuja returns to Navketan with Main Solah Baras Ki in a good role with her best perfomance in the latter part of her carer as the heroine's mother.
