Not a great movie, but interesting

This is a movie about four teenagers living in Chile. The two boys are American born (they speak English most of the time). The boys and their Chilean-born girlfriends attend the American school, and they all are from rich families. The movie develops in two sets, an old abandoned mansion where they spend most of their time, making homemade movies and smoking pot, and the home of one of the boys, where he has a relationship with his Chilean nanny.

Acting is not great, but the movie is mildly entertaining.

    A Good romantic Chilean Movie

Te Amo (Made in Chile) is an interesting portrait of a part of chilean people who have lived in another country. It is so difficult to enter in the Chilean way of life when you are just a teenager. This movie talks about that and how four friends try to help each other. Everyone of them has secrets and everyone have some pain in their heart. Two girls and Two boys try to feel like adult and understand his particular life and country. Beautiful movie, correctly directed by Sergio Castilla and very good performances, Tamara Acosta act one of the most sicotic parts of the Chilean Movies. You really have to see it if you want to understand that to be young in Chile is as difficult as to be young in anywhere. beautiful Movie.

Chilean brat-pack kids with problems. Good, but predictable.

Some of the scenes in this movie were so well filmed that I could almost smell the sweet dry air of the hills around Santiago. This movie is about 4 spoiled kids in Santiago and their problems. Doesn't sound interesting, but it is a little deeper than that.

I liked the mix of English and Spanish in the movie, and the whole thing was very well produced. Great soundtrack - mix of Chilean hardcore and latino Rap. I wish I knew who was on the soundtrack - cause then I'd buy it!

In two words: Sweet + Funny.

    Great Movie!

I thought the movie was great. Yes, it was about four rich kids, but it showed how much life can be twisted about and that help from friends can resolve it. I found the movie really good because the plot was twisted and you didnt know what was gonna happen till it actually happened. I think that the movie is a great movie and that it should be play alot more often, its one of my favorite movies. You never really actually get the movie until the end, and the kid had no reason to try and help that lady in the end because she kind of forced him to have sex with her, he didnt want to do it and she forced him and that was the consequence of her actions and she should have been put out the house along time ago. That also proves that the kids mom never really payed any attention to him because if that was my mom she would know if i was being harrassed or not. So you have to reach deep down inside of the movie to get what the writer really wanted you to get out of it, no just look at the surface.

    WHAT!!!??!?!?!?!

This is the fourth time I tried to stay awake to watch this movie with no avail. This movie is slow and stupid. Who gives a flying fig. These four rich brats with their self induced problems, need to do a little growing up and stop blaming everyone else for their problems. Rich, poor or in the middle, teenagers these days have much worse problems to worry about then these four had.
