Anthony Hopkins and Nicole Kidman in The Human Stain (2003)

Trivia

The Human Stain

Edit
The mole on the side of Sir Anthony Hopkins' (Coleman Silk's) head was added, due to the fact that Wentworth Miller (Young Coleman Silk) has a mole on the side of his head. Hopkins also wore green contacts to match the color of Miller's eyes.
To prepare for her role, Nicole Kidman (Faunia Farley) visited women's shelters and talked to former victims of abuse for inspiration.
The racist white man on the train who berates the porter was played by Allison Davis, a Chicago attorney, who is part black.
Theatrical movie debut of Wentworth Miller (Young Coleman Silk). Nicole Kidman (Faunia Farley) appeared in Miller's debut as a screenwriter, Stoker (2013).
Jacinda Barrett's first and only nude scene. Talking about her full frontal nude scene in this movie, she said her father was not opposed to her being naked onscreen. "I asked my dad what he thought about me stripping, and he was quite honest about the whole thing. He took me a little by surprise. He said, 'A young woman's body is a thing of beauty and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.' That was the end of the discussion. So I didn't feel there was anything wrong with disrobing on-screen after that."
