Logging protest on Salt spring Island, British Columbia Canada

This movie is about a logging war on Salt Spring Island. Salt Spring is a paradise located on Canada's West Coast (British Columbia). The island attracts many people who want to get away from the Rat Race but are forced to deal with a company who now is logging the Island they live. Many of the Islands in this area (the Gulf of Georgia) are in a eco-sensitive area and can easily be impacted by heavy resource extraction activities like logging.

The movie is a National Film Board of Canada production. It gives a flavour for the type of people involved. It do not appear to be blatantly biased but gives a voice to both sides of the 'issue'.
