Alas, the fifteen minutes that survive are only half the film although, quite frankly, the half that does exist does not give one an overwhelming desire to see the rest. It has however two points of interest even in its existing truncated form. The hero, Paul Drummond, is played by Wheeler Dryden, the half-brother of Charlie Chaplin and the poor fellow he left to fight off the FBI on his behalf when he skipped off to Switzerland. It also features - really rather more interestingly - Signor Antonio Corsi as his guardian, Father Ferdinand (the IMDB cast-list was evidently written by a poorly-trained monkey). Corsi is the subject of a film to come out next year, Corsi Prince of Models, whose advance publicity describes him (quite wrongly) as the first male super-model. The film-makers should perhaps read up on the subject of Eugen Sandow......
i cannot write a spoiler because I don't know how the film ends - and, to be honest, I don't care.
