No. Whatever happens during the movie, not only has no impact on the tv series, but is not even recognized by the characters (who appear both in the tv series and this movie) as something that happened in their universe.
So far, the only canonical Saint Seiya movies are the first one (Saint Seiya Gekijoban, 1987) and the fifth one (Saint Seiya, Tenkai hen joso - Overture, 2004).
