Trivia

Coast to Coast

Edit
One of three feature film collaborations of actor Richard Dreyfuss and director Paul Mazursky. The pictures are Moon Over Parador (1988), Down and Out in Beverly Hills (1986), and the tele-movie Coast to Coast (2003).
This tele-movie was made and first broadcast about five years afters its source novel of the same name by Frederic Raphael had been first published in 1998. Raphael also penned the tele-play for this feature.
The film's title was used about 23 years earlier for another but unrelated road movie Coast to Coast (1980) which was a Hollywood studio picture which starred Dyan Cannon and Robert Blake.
The destinations of the cross country road trip across the USA were from Connecticut to Los Angeles, California.
The earlier unrelated movie of the same name, Coast to Coast (1980), starred actress Dyan Cannon, who earlier worked with this tele-movie's director Paul Mazursky on the feature film Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice (1969).
