The film was delayed for 4 years causing Ashwini Bhave to be very upset .
Anil Kapoor ran the film down in print saying his true fans would massacre him if he did bad films like Chauraha. This didn't bother Jackie as he knew Anil always talked for effect.
The first two lines of Yeh Kaisa Pyar Hain were inspired from Man Pasand song Hothon Pe Geet Jage. The Man Pasand song was sampled from I Couldve Danced All Night from My Fair Lady.
Juhi Chawla rejected the film and Ashwini Bhave was signed.
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia, Canada.
