One of the best Real Estate shows out there!!!

Luv this show, been a fan for almost all of its twenty-four years!

I find it much more satisfying than other popular UK real estate shows such as " Escape..." where purchases are rarely made. You get a great sense of the different counties, villages, towns and cities throughout Britain - geography and sometimes a bonus history lesson ! Thrilled to see so many episodes available on YouTube!

I would also recommend that other fans seek out their Relocation , Relocation series, still Phil and Kirsty as hosts, pre 2008 market - when London properties were sold for big £££ and buyers were looking for - and often bought a country house or estate and a London flat!!

Pretty good but could be a bit better

They help people with a range of budgets, lifestyles and need find homes that work for them all over the country. In some episodes they will be looking for a one bedroom flat and in others they will be looking at a giant mansion for a multimillionaire so there's a decent bit of variation making it seem less repetitive. However, they revisit a lot of the past people on the show too much which is boring.

Kirsty and Phil also have good chemistry, making a show that has a pretty boring premise much more entertaining just from their personalities alone.

The show is also relatable for people of all ages (young adults to old age seniors) who all have different tastes and finances.

    Good idea

I have enjoyed watching this series from the start and Kirsty and Phil are the perfect team to present it. I originally thought that they were romantically entangled as their on screen chemistry is perfect. It has since been made known that they are good friends married to other people. They manage to do the job of finding homes for some of the pickiest anal beings I have ever seen without hitting them with something shows excellent restraint. I do not think that I could do it. One would also assume that their business (which is like the programme) would be soaring as they have such great promotion through being on TV all the time, but apparently that has gone into liquidation - go figure! Both Kirsty and Phil have gone on to doing other things separately and successfully too and good luck to them I say.

    Very Good

Watching 'Location, Location, Location' is like being in a dream house of your own. This show, similar to a central flat in London is undoubtedly at the top of it's market, however still has the friendliness and warmth of a cottage situated in the Yorkshire moors. The on screen partnership of Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer brings not only human compassion to a very important life decision but also a lot of off the cuff banter and jovial behaviour. Without these two presenters it would be like having a farmhouse without an aga!

'Location, Location, Location' is both entertainment and education. After watching the show for a few weeks I have now begun to spot different architectural styles, as well as possible developments within my town, so if you're interested in a project to convert an old cow barn into a modern, open planned home, I've got the perfect place for you.

The entertainment of the show comes mostly from the various couples each week. There is a lot of pressure on each of the pairs to make the right decision and unsurprisingly this often results in a few domestic disputes, often giving the impression of who wears the trousers in that relationship. By the end of the show I often feel I have come up with a few ways that each individual could be more considerate of the other's needs and vice versa, therefore Location, Location, Location in terms of future job prospects, also gives some practical experience for any aspiring relationship councillors.

Some couples have more items on their checklist than students applying for accommodation along University Avenue in Glasgow, and it teaches the viewers the important life lesson that we can't always be too picky as nothing is perfect. The show usually ends with a united decision over a house and one which my family and I often bet on. The winning house is predominantly one that simply 'just feels right', which I personally think the same can be said for this programme. Location, Location, Location has the perfect mix of education, excitement, comedy and relatability to make it accessible to anyone.

    Very Successful

Someone previously commented that this show only lasted for one year.

    Untrue.

Tonight, a new series starts. The show seems to be on constantly. It even has it's own spin off series, Relocation, Relocation, where Kirstie and Phil help people move to the countryside.

There is a magazine associated with the show as well as a couple of books.

If you are interested in property and buying/selling houses, it is a useful show to watch. Kirstie and Phil have great chemistry. Estate agents in my area seem to have learnt from them and are now more helpful and less pushy.
