(1986) Govinda had signed the film Rama O Rama. But in those days Govinda had signed too many movies. When the producer's asked Govinda for dates he would make excuses. Finally he was removed from the film. In those days Asif Sheikh had approached the Mirza brothers for the lead role. They told him that the role was being done by Govinda so he ( Asif) could be a assistant for the film. Asif accepted this and signed on. When Govinda was dropped from the film, Asif was then finally signed for the film as lead hero.
