Death 4 Told (2004)

Trivia

Death 4 Told

Edit
The white house used in the first segment, "The Doll's House", was the home of Producer Bo Buckley.
"Folklore" was filmed at Camp Falling Rock in Newark, Ohio. History reveals Lewis Wetzel, famous border scout and sworn enemy of the American Indians, spent many years in the area that became Camp Falling Rock. Lewis is a distant relative to "The Doll's House" composer, Jeremy Wetzel.
"World's Most Haunted" is a fictitious tale about the crew of the reality TV show, "World's Most Haunted Places". The segment was shot at The Ridges in Athens, Ohio, an abandoned mental institution, which was the same location used in an episode of Fox's TV show, "Scariest Places on Earth".
The psychic shop used in the last segment, "The Psychic", was Executive Producer Harley Kaplan's house. The rooms were transformed into Madam Badeau's living and working environment. Many of the set pieces were actual furniture owned by Mr. Kaplan.
Lily Pilblad's debut.
