FAQ

Flight of the Phoenix

FAQ

Yes you can build a new plane out of an wrecked or damaged plane... I built a ultra light out of a wrecked Cessna 152 that I found in the middle of nowhere. It didn't work out for me to well it only flew for about 1/4 mile at about 50 feet before the wings folded back like a bald eagle diving for a rabbit in the brush. It crashed I broke my foot and both my ankles needless to say I didn't want it anymore. But yes you can definitely make another type of aircraft out of a crashed c-119 boxcar it had twin booms and Dennis Quaid is an accomplished pilot so anything is possible. Probably make a great little hut in a tropical island somewhere too those things were big inside.

If you have the right tools onboard to weld the right parts together. I don't know much about aircraft but if the C-119 really is a twin-boom design, it may just be possible!
