The series is based on characters on a radio series with the same title which was broadcast on DR Radio in 1999.
Not only does Anden portray a total of seven main characters, but he also plays several voices, and even has a cameo as himself in one of the episodes.
Sune Svanekier, who is Matthesen's stand-in, also plays two other small characters, a police officer and an office worker, in the same episode.
In Stewart's basement there is a calendar. Though the series takes place in December the calendar is always on the November page. (It's magazine M!'s 2003 calendar and the girl on the November page is Emma B.)
