Governor Milburn Morante takes his stein of beer to discover a note: "You will sign that paper or die! The Society of the Sacred Stein". He summons Detective Duck, played by Max Asher, and he calls on Lady Baffles, played by Gale Henry. In this one she's a good guy. Together they battle the fiendish plot of Fu Manchu. I mean the Society of the Sacred Stein. Same thing, isn't it?
