The film was originally titled Top Secret. But Sudesh Issar clashed with Deepak Seth and Rameshwari for the title. Sudesh eventually changed it .
The film was titled "Atal Vishwas " at one point.
"Is Dil Mein Kya Hain" Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hain was sampled from "Ek Dil Mera Kunwara" from Jatin's film Bhai Ka Dushman Bhai.
