All the predictions have been surpassed by leaps and bounds. Laxman Utekar’s directorial was expected to perform well in Maharashtra. It very well lived up to the predictions, but only to perform in a far superior manner. Besides, it is also witnessing good footfall in North India, as positive word-of-mouth is growing nationwide.

On day 3, Chhaava added 49.03 crores to the kitty. It witnessed a 25% jump from 39.30 crores earned on Saturday. An upward graph was supposed to be a good sign, but a 100 crore club in the opening weekend was far from expectations.

Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars are shaping up to me massive MCU events, and the latter, in particular, could easily wind up being the most ambitious superhero movie ever made.

Alien: Romulus may have brought the Xenomorph back to the big screen in style this summer, but next year we'll be getting another, very different sort of Alien project: Alien: Earth. From Fargo creator Noah Hawley, Alien: Earth is set before the original film on, you guessed it, Earth. Spider-Man foe Kraven is a villain through and through, and you'd be hard-pressed to find a comic book where he's portrayed in a heroic light. It makes sense then that he's not getting the hero treatment in this December's Kraven the Hunter movie from Sony Pictures.

A newly released featurette doubles down on the character's sinister side as we see Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Kraven hunting down his targets.

However, the sneak peek - which contains lots of bloody new footage from the movie - also drives home the fact that Kraven the Hunter is a "standalone" story, the same branding given to Madame Web earlier this year. Presumably, that means it takes place in its own reality rather than the world shared by Venom, Morbius, and, Earth-616's Vulture.

Former Smallville co-stars Kristin Kreuk and Erica Durance are set to reunite onscreen in the mystery series Murder in a Small Town. Based on the Alberg and Cassandra Mysteries by the late Canadian mystery author L.R. Wright, Murder in a Small Town season 1 recently premiered on Fox on September 24. Amazon Games has announced they are working on a new massively multiplayer online (Mmo) game based on The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.

Set in Middle-earth, the Mmo adventure will feature stories from The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings literary trilogy. Amazon Games Orange County is leading the development after the tech company giant struck a deal with Middle-earth Enterprises.

“We’re committed to bringing players high-quality games, whether through original IPs or long-beloved ones like The Lord of the Rings,” said Christoph Hartmann, VP, Amazon Games.

Amazon Games will publish the game globally for PC and consoles. A release date for the game would be announced at a later time.
