Ninja Scroll is one of the most iconic and influential anime of the 1990s. Now, it's coming back in a big way, with a new theatrical release planned in honor of the legendary movie's 30th anniversary.
Via a press release, and revealed at Anime Expo 2024, the upcoming theatrical release is part of a wave of similar screenings set across 2024 and 2025. Available in two different formats, the movie will be able to reach a wider audience than ever. Brought about by a collaboration between Hidive and one of the biggest movie theater chains in the U.S., tickets are set to be made available soon.
