In the game files, all of the lines POSTAL Dude says was not him, but instead the demon. Many people theorize that the Dude is possessed by demon.
The protagonist of this game does not appear in any of the future Postal titles, and is replaced by a new character known as the Postal Dude, starting from Postal 2 and on-wards.
Took 25 years to receive an official console release on the Dreamcast, PlayStation and N64 ports were planned but cancelled due to graphic content.
