The Fridge was a live show on MTV Europe which went out every Friday afternoon to over 30 countries. It featured live performances from artists such as Sugababes, Span, Beverley Knight, Westlife, Dannii Minogue and Blue, and live guests included Metallica, Roisin Murphy and The Cardigans.
The show also had pre-recorded interviews with artists like Noel Gallagher, Craig David, Kelly Osbourne and Justin Timberlake.
There were also updates on the latest movies and entertainment news.
I really enjoyed watching the show - it had everything, from excellent live performances to interesting guests to new videos and competitions.
My favourite band were The Raveonettes. It was their first TV appearance outside of Denmark and I hadn't heard of them before they came on the show, but I loved them so much I went out and got the album off the internet.
