When the story begins, Mr. Mashie's daughter gets her father to hire Billy to be their chauffeur. A bit later, she then wants to elope with her boyfriend...not knowing that the man is a thief who just robbed Mr. Mashie's safe. So, it's up to Billy to save the day.
Apart from a very cute final scene, this film suffers from the problem of not being particularly funny nor memorable. Not a bad film...but one that really lacks a comedic punch.
