William Hopkins, the film's director, also served as DP and editor. He also scored the film and created the zombie masks and the 'monster baby' puppet.
The film was up-scaled to high definition and widescreen when it was offered for streaming on Amazon Video in 2016. Many of the film's optical effects had to be redone when the film was up-scaled.

Laurie Miller was an experienced stunt woman in film and television when she took on the role of Dr. Kate in Demon Resurrection. She and Ed Wheeler shared stunt choreography duties on the film.
