- [laughs evilly]
- Dr. Robotnik: [watches G.U.N. and Black Arms soldiers fight on monitor] Those idiots, they're ruining everything! How am I supposed to conquer the city and build the Eggman Empire if there is no city?
- [slams fists on console in frustration]

- [Sees The Black Arms Militia]
