JBL and Blue Meanie got into a real altercation during the ECW vs WWE skirmish at the end. During the chaos if you watch those two you can see JBL really punch Meanie in the face.
Fans started chanting 'Chris Candido', during the Jericho/Storm match. Chris had passed away a few weeks prior.
Dawn Marie Psaltis was a few months pregnant in real life at the time of this show. Because of this, her involvement in the Lance Storm-Chris Jericho match was limited to redirecting the referee's attention so he wouldn't see Justin Credible hitting Jericho in the head with a Singapore cane. While ECW generally avoided rules, meaning there were very few ways to get disqualified, and that wasn't one of them, there was nothing else she could have done during the match.
